Overall an outstanding 5/5. They have an amazing team. The drivers are extremely skilled, vehicles are extremely comfortable (probably the most important factors for a memorable trip in Sikkim). They take care of all the permits needed. They know the challenges faced in Sikkim and take proper care of tourists. Extremely flexible, especially if you're looking at a few non touristy options to cover as part of your itinerary. We went all the way to zuluk and back to Gangtok in a single day for instance. They accommodate based on the interests of the tourists and provide their expert guidance on top. I would suggest to go with Offbeat Sikkim without a second thought. No matter how well we plan our journeys, there's bound to be some amount of uncertainty with all the moving parts associated with travel and things beyond our control. And traveling with the family to far off locations for the first time, adds an additional dose of anxiety. My wife planned the whole trip and co-ordinated with Mr. Dev for a detailed itinerary. Still we encountered situations which needed change of plans, be it the vehicle, driver, room or something else. While the overall trip was quite relaxing with no anxiety about arranging things, the best part was how patient and accommodating Mr. Dev had been through the entire trip.
